We offer a 3 year warranty on all of our hearing aids against manufacturing defects, which starts from the time you receive your hearing aid. If you purchased a hearing aid and it is within its warranty period, we will be glad to repair it for you*.

What is not covered by our warranty:

  • If you lose the hearing aid
  • If you open the battery door too far and shear off the hinges
  • If you unscrew the hearing aid case
  • If a dog or animal chews it or it is swallowed by anyone or anything
  • If it has been crushed in some way
  • If you jump in the shower/pool/water with the hearing aid on causing it to short out

How to get your Hearing Aid Repaired – IN Warranty

In all cases, your Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number will be your Order #. If you send us an e-mail regarding a needed repair, please include the following minimum information:

  • The date the hearing aid was purchased
  • The name of person who bought the hearing aid
  • Address where the hearing aid was sent
  • What frequencies you are having problems with (speech, music, restaurants, phone etc.)

When you receive your RMA (Order) number, please do the following:

  • Complete and include a Hearing Aid Repair Form
  • Place the hearing aid(s) into your soft overnight storage pouch
  • Place the soft pouch into a standard bubble-wrapped envelope
  • Write the RMA/Order number and the word “REPAIR” on the outside of the envelope
  • INCLUDE THE ORDER # FOR THIS PURCHASE on the Repair Form

U.S. Customers: please use this link to pay the charge of $30 USD FOR SHIPPING AND HANDLING. (If it is less than 60 days from purchase date, there is no charge)

Canadian & International customers: please use this link to pay the charge of $50 USD FOR SHIPPING AND HANDLING. (If it is less than 60 days, the charge is only $25 USD)

Return the hearing aid to:

Depending on what is wrong with the unit, it will take up to 14 days to repair. If the hearing aid is found to be covered under our manufacturers warranty, there will be no repair charge. All you pay is the shipping and handling fee as specified, above.

How to get your Hearing Aid Repaired – OUT of Warranty

If you purchased a hearing aid from us over 12 months ago and there is no extended warranty, you can still return it to us for repair up until it is 5 years of age or older.
